We needed an xml based audio player for wildfire recently, where we plan on adding music uploads as part of an upcoming site launch. Here's a beta release of the flash source code.

You can use the included xml file as configuration, which will work if put in the same folder as the published flash file on your webserver. Even better though, is to specify a url for your configuration via the configurl flash parameter, then your audio files can be dynamic from whichever source you need. The xml from a remote url just needs to be in the same format as the attached file.
